Fondata nel 1944, iniziò producendo semenze in acciaio dolce per la fabbricazione delle scarpe.
Successivamente, ampliava la gamma dei propri prodotti con la produzione dei fili utilizzati nel settore calzaturiero e in altri campi.
Ponendosi, fin dalla fondazione, come obiettivo la qualità dei prodotti, ha raggiunto traguardi che le hanno permesso di essere apprezzata come azienda altamente qualificata, con conseguente costante espansione e sviluppo negli anni.
